Longevity AI requests access to your health data via Health Connect (Android) or Apple Health (iOS). This data is essential for the core functionality of the app, which is to provide personalized health insights and longevity optimization.

Why we request specific health data:

• Steps and Steps Cadence: To measure daily physical activity levels, which are fundamental to calculating your metabolic health and longevity score.
• Sleep Sessions: To analyze sleep quality and duration, which are critical for cognitive function, hormonal balance, and long-term health.
• Heart Rate and Resting Heart Rate: To monitor cardiovascular strain and fitness improvements over time.
• Heart Rate Variability (RMSSD): To assess your nervous system's recovery and stress levels, determining the appropriate intensity for your daily actions.
• Weight: To accurately calculate caloric needs and track body composition changes.
• Nutrition and Total Calories Burned: To correlate energy intake and expenditure with other health markers for personalized dietary advice.

• No Selling of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your health data to any third parties for any purpose, including advertising or data broker services.

• Account Deletion: If you choose to delete your account, all associated health data and personal information will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

5. Data Deletion and Account Removal

You have full control over your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app by navigating to Profile > Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your health data and account information will be permanently removed from our servers.
